Thank you for ordering from The Plate Maker. Please read the information below regarding how your number plates will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing
All number plates are custom made to order. Before we can produce your plates, we are required by law to verify proof of identity and proof of entitlement to the registration (for example a driving licence and V5C logbook). Orders will only be processed once all required documentation has been received and approved.

Once documents are verified, orders are typically manufactured no later than 1–2 working days.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped using a reliable UK postal or courier service. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

• Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier services and busy periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation message with delivery details where applicable.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect address information.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Important Information
All number plates supplied by The Plate Maker are manufactured to meet current UK regulations and standards. Orders cannot be dispatched until the required documentation has been verified.
